Shipping policy

Shipping costs (including VAT):
- Domestic delivery (Germany): Free of charge (€0.00 per order).
- Deliveries to EU countries (other than Germany): €14.49 per order.
Shipping is only possible to EU countries.

Delivery times:
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are dispatched within 7 days after conclusion of the contract.
Deliveries domestically (Germany) is typically within 3-8 days, for deliveries abroad to other EU countries typically within 5-14 days.
Please note that there is no dispatching of goods on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Accepted payment options:
- Payment with credit card
- Payment by PayPal
When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
